This Policy explains what information VideoContentFactory collects from companies and creators, how it is used to run campaigns and payments, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the choices and rights you have over it.
This Privacy Policy explains how VideoContentFactory ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit videocontentfactory.com, create a company or creator account, post products, apply to campaigns, upload videos, or receive payments (the "Platform").
By using the Platform you agree to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. This Policy is not a contract creating rights beyond those provided by applicable law.
The Platform is intended only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If we learn we have, we delete it.
Information you give us: name, email address, password, company name, website, industry, country, contact person, phone number, product details and assets, social-media and store links, creator profile details (bio, languages, categories, formats, portfolio), campaign briefs, messages, ratings, dispute statements, demo-request details, tax and payout information, and the fact, time and version of your acceptance of our Terms and this Policy.
Content you upload: product photos and videos, creator video submissions, review copies, revisions and any metadata embedded in those files.
Automatically collected information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, error and performance logs, and cookie or local-storage identifiers used for sign-in sessions and security.
Information from third parties: authentication details from Google sign-in, payment and payout status from payment providers, and fraud, sanctions or identity-verification signals from service providers.
To create and secure accounts, authenticate you, and operate the marketplace — publishing campaigns, reserving campaign slots, routing submissions, running reviews, revisions, approvals and disputes.
To process subscriptions, campaign funding, wallet balances, payouts, refunds, fees and taxes, and to detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, spam, account takeover and other misuse.
To provide support, send transactional notifications (submissions, approvals, payments, security and policy updates), and respond to demo requests and inquiries.
To improve, troubleshoot and develop Platform features, including aggregated and de-identified analytics, and to produce AI-assisted content features you choose to use.
To enforce our Terms, protect our rights, users and systems, comply with legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating a safe marketplace, and compliance with legal obligations as lawful bases where such bases apply.
Between users, by design: when you publish a product or campaign, your company name, logo, product details, assets, links and brief are visible to creators, including on public marketplace pages. When a creator applies or submits, the company sees the creator's profile, country, languages, categories, social links, statistics and submitted videos.
With service providers who act on our behalf under contract: cloud hosting and database, file storage and content delivery, authentication, email delivery, payment and payout processing, analytics, error monitoring, customer support and AI model providers used for optional generation features.
For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, subpoenas or regulatory requests; to enforce our Terms; to investigate fraud or security incidents; or to protect the rights, property or safety of VideoContentFactory, our users or the public.
In corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect against abuse, and measure basic usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and some features will not work without the necessary ones.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Platform. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where legally required.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed to provide the Platform, resolve disputes, honour content licenses, keep financial and tax records, prevent fraud and comply with law. Financial and audit records are typically retained for at least seven years.
Approved videos and their licensing records are retained because companies hold ongoing usage rights in them. De-identified or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, private storage buckets with expiring signed links, row-level access controls, role-based administrative access and audit logging of privileged actions.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the devices you use. We cannot guarantee the security of information you choose to publish publicly or share directly with another user.
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses. By using the Platform you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to appeal a decision. California residents may request disclosure of categories of information collected and shared, request deletion or correction, and are protected from discrimination for exercising these rights.
You can update most profile information directly in your account settings, and unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. Transactional and security messages are required while your account is active.
To make a request, email mycontentfactoryai@gmail.com from your account email. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. We may decline a request where an exception applies, such as records we must keep for tax, fraud-prevention, legal or existing content-license reasons.
The Platform links to third-party services such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Amazon, Shopify and payment providers. Their privacy practices are their own and we are not responsible for them.
Information you choose to include in profiles, product pages, briefs, videos, messages or public marketplace listings may be seen, copied and used by other users. Do not upload information you do not want shared, and obtain the permissions and releases required for any person appearing in your content.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new update date and, where required, notified to you. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
